The starting point

The numbers tell you how much.
Do you also know why?

There is a gap between knowing the approach and applying it every day. That is where we work.

01

Plenty of opportunities.
Too little progress.

The pipeline is growing, but clear priorities and agreed next steps with customers are missing.

02

You explain the value.
The discount still follows.

Your team knows the product. Turning features into outcomes for the customer takes practice.

03

The training ends.
What changes on the job?

People need tools they can use and a manager who supports change in everyday practice.

01 / Understand first. Then design.

Two perspectives.
A more useful diagnosis.

The team’s responses meet management’s observations. This is where priorities begin to take shape.

QUANTITATIVE DATA

The team’s perspective

A questionnaire covering nine dimensions. Perceived skills, working practices and use of AI.

QUALITATIVE EVIDENCE

The business context

Interviews with leadership and HR. Priorities, observed behaviours and real constraints.

INTEGRATED MAISALES ANALYSIS

Connecting
the evidence.

Through our AI-based intelligence system, we compare sources, explore discrepancies and validate priorities with you.

A plan.
With a clear rationale.

  • Skills map
  • Development priorities
  • Programme and tools
  • Indicators to track

Evidence from day-to-day work informs the programme over time.

The data-driven nervous system. An AI Sales Intelligence framework built with scientific rigour, turning sales assessment into a transformation journey that can be monitored through relevant KPIs.
02 / Inside the assessment

A snapshot
that helps you ask
better questions.

Each participant receives an indicative summary of their responses. Nine dimensions reveal strengths and areas to explore.

The organisational diagnosis comes next: aggregating the team’s responses and connecting them with interviews and other contextual data.

Understanding value
must become a conversation.

Cross-referencing the evidence to decide where to focus.

From the questionnairePerceived value

The team reports being familiar with the benefits of the offering.

From the interviewsPrice takes centre stage

Management observes concessions being made before exploring value for the customer.

01 / Proposed priority

Practise translating benefits into outcomes that matter to each stakeholder.

02 / Application and review

Negotiation practice, a preparation tool and a review of the arguments used in customer conversations.

Illustrative reconstruction of the report format. Example data and situations; no customer results are claimed.

03 / Feedback that guides action

The report helps you
make decisions.

We make the connection clear between what emerges, what we propose and what we will observe together.

01

Evidence in context

We distinguish what the sources confirm from hypotheses still to be tested.

02

Priorities in order of relevance

We select interventions based on business needs and the ability to put them into practice.

03

A programme with review built in

Each priority connects to modules, tools and observable behaviours.

How solid is
your forecast?

Three opportunities, five evidence checks. Adjust the scenario and see how the weighted pipeline value changes.

Atlas · €135,000 weighted value

5 evidence checks · timing factor 1.00

Training model: amount × initial probability × evidence factor × timing factor. The weighted value is a scenario, not realised revenue or a statistically validated forecast. Inputs stay in your browser.

How the result is calculated

The evidence factor is 0.5 + 0.1 for each confirmed check. The timing factor is 1 with no risks, 0.70 with one risk and 0.40 with two. Risks are a missing next step or one before 1 August 2026, and a missing close date or one outside 1 August–30 September 2026. The five indicators and the dates are separate checks.

The same data. A review prepared with AI

Use only the scenario data saved by the tool. Check the calculations, flag missing information and prepare questions and actions for the next review. Distinguish data, interpretations and recommendations. Do not invent evidence.

Before we talk

Practical
questions.

Who is MAISALES designed for?

Organisations that want to strengthen their sales approach and support its application. MAISALES adapts to any type of business — services, manufacturing, distribution and other sectors — and different sales structures: in-house teams, agent networks, direct sales or partners. The programme adapts to roles, maturity and priorities, from finding new opportunities to developing accounts.

What will I see in the demo?

We show you how the assessment works, the report format and selected tools using illustrative data. We start with your questions to understand where the approach could help. The call does not replace the full assessment.

What does the assessment include?

It combines questionnaires and management interviews, with additional materials and observations on the job where relevant. Integrated analysis leads to priorities and a proposed programme to validate together. The questionnaire summary is a starting point, not an individual evaluation.

How do you choose modules and formats?

After the diagnosis, based on the team’s gaps and constraints. We can combine 90-minute live online sessions, in-person sessions, tools, on-the-job exercises and coaching. Scope and schedule are agreed before the programme starts.

Do we need to be using AI already?

We start from your current adoption level and the tools available or approved by your company. We select practical use cases, such as preparing for a meeting or analysing review data. Participants also learn to check outputs and identify missing information.

How do you measure change?

We agree a baseline, an observation period and available indicators. We look at tool adoption, behaviours and sales KPIs. Results also depend on context: we do not promise automatic improvements or attribute every change to training.

How is the investment determined?

It depends on the participants, priorities, modules and level of customisation and support. The initial discussion helps define a meaningful scope, potentially in stages, before we prepare a proposal.

The next step

Let’s see it
in action.

A conversation about your context. A demonstration of the assessment, report and tools. To understand together where to start.
